Before joining the founding team of Forlong Bionology, Ji En had more than ten years of working experience in the financial industry.He once worked for the state-owned commercial bank as the general manager of the branch.With many years of experience in enterprise investment and financing, he won the title of "Outstanding Employee" and "Excellent Employee" during his inauguration.Led the market development of many branches, and achieved good results.He also has rich experience in marketing, different industry cooperation and government affairs.At the early stage of his career, he served as a channel manager in Shenzhen Tencent Computer Co., Ltd., and also got good vocational training.Established an investment management company, serving hundreds of small and micro enterprises to provide consulting services.

Ji En graduated from Fudan University, majoring in finance, and is currently studying for a Executive Master of Business Administration from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.He also had an improved management ability training experience at the Singapore Management University.
